Monclova Township Board of Trustees made progress toward non-vehicular connectivity during the April 6th Board meeting. Monclova Township joins seven other entities in adopting the Lucas County Active Transporation Plan. When this plan is put into motion it will impact township access for walkers, runners, bicyclists! Lucas County Health Department, YMCA, and Lake Erie West (formerly TMACOG) are hoping to have all the Anthony Wayne jurisdictions involved, but we can make progress on our own as well. We are focusing on areas such as Albon, Monclova, and Salisbury Roads as consideration progresses.
