The Monclova Township Zoning Commission will hold public hearings to consider the following:

  • Zoning change request from C-2 General Commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD) to A/R Agricultural Residential PUD for property identified as 3000 Strayer Road/taxing district #38-24197. Applicant:  Tony Scott, Sylvania Church of God; Agent:  Greg Feller; Feller Finch & Associates; and
  • Text Amendment to add the definition of “apartment” to the Zoning Resolution. Applicant/Agent:  Monclova Township Board of Trustees.
