Trustee Barbara Lang is serving her fifth term as a Monclova Township Trustee.  She also works for Mercy Health Foundation.  Since moving here in 1994, Barbara has been able to enjoy subdivision life as well as the rural nature of township housing.  Working to represent the residents of Monclova, she serves in a variety of capacities and has taken advantage of the training offered:  NIMS certified, graduate of the OSU Leadership Academy, member of TMACOG, LCTA, JEDZ.  Ms. Lang has championed projects that grew township parkland, improved road safety, and strengthened fire and safety services.

Trustee Chuck Hoecherl brings his extensive business experience to the Board of Trustees.   With undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Toledo, Chuck is currently a Senior Vice President with Premier Bank.   In addition to serving on multiple non-profit boards, Chuck has previously represented the Township on the Monclova-Maumee-Toledo Joint Economic Development Zone Board and continually promotes economic development. While doing so, Chuck is always mindful of the needs of our great neighborhoods, quiet family farms, and safe community.

Trustee Trudy Vicary brings a wealth of experience to her trustee responsibilities with background in real estate, property management, and a host of know-how abilities garnered while being a part of the family operations at Yoder Machinery.  She is the trustee liaison for the Monclova Historical Foundation.  During Ms. Vicary’s first few years as a trustee the equipment needs of fire and maintenance were managed effectively; additionally, she was involved in the decision to modify the scope of employment within our fire department to include full-time positions.
