The Monclova Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Zoning Resolution Text Amendment as follows:

  1. Section 4.2.C-Conditional Uses: Add the term “Data Processing Centers” to the list of conditional uses which may be approved pursuant to Section 8.
  2. Section 17.1-Interpretation of Terms or Words: Add the text “Data Processing Centers: A facility housing computer equipment for storing and processing data.”
  3. Appendix A-Use Table: Shall be amended to indicate that Data Processing Centers are to be marked “CU” in the A/R category of uses.
  4. Section 15.3-Effective Date and Referendum: Shall be amended as follows: A. The text of the current Resolution, consisting of two unnumbered paragraphs shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the text set forth in subparagraph B, hereafter. B. The new text shall consist of the following language: “The proposed amendment, if adopted by the Board of Township Trustees, shall become effective in thirty days after the date of its adoption, unless, within thirty days after the adoption, there is presented to the Board a petition, pursuant to and in accordance with Ohio Rev. Code Section 519.12.”
