See below for archived 2025 Board of Trustees meeting inquiries. Other inquiries can be directed to: records@monclovatwp.org. Agendas are generally available the Friday prior to a meeting.  Generally the trustees meet on the first and third Monday of every month at 5:30 PM. These postings are a convenience to interested individuals, but not required. Audio should be uploaded within days of the meeting.  Minutes are approved at the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees.
