    Monclova Township-Swanton Township-City of Toledo Express Airport Joint Economic Development District. 

    The TEA JEDD Board of Directors meeting will be held Wednesday, July 10.  This will be held in the Monclova Township Administration Bldg., Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road.

    Monclova Township-Village of Whitehouse Joint Economic Development District I

    The JEDD I Board of Directors will hold their next meeting on Wednesday, August 21 at 4:00 PM the Monclova Township Administration Bldg., Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road.

    Monclova Township Board of Trustees

    The trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 5:45 PM to consider file Z17-C360, a zoning change request from Suburban Residential to Agricultural/Residential for property known as 8261 Stitt Road and 5500 Waterville-Monclova Road (38-10944 and 38-10707).  Applicant:  Catholic Diocese; Agent: Keith Brown.  For more information, click here.

    Monclova Township Board of Trustees

    The Board of Trustees of Monclova Township, Lucas County, Ohio, pursuant to §4504.181 of the Ohio Revised Code, will hold two public hearings on Monday, June 3, 2019 and Wednesday, June 12, 2019, both at 6:00 pm at the Monclova Township Hall, 4335 Albon Road, Monclova, Ohio, for the proposed purpose of consideration of levying an additional $5.00 motor vehicle license tax authorized by §4504.181 of the Ohio Revised Code to provide additional revenue for the maintenance of roadways in the Township and other purposes authorized in that section.     Monclova Township Board of Zoning Appeals

    Monday, June 10, 2019, 5:30 PM; Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Rd.

    Monclova Twp Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled two public hearings to consider the following:

    • A variance to Section 9.15 B of the Zoning Resolution. Applicant is requesting a variance to allow for a power safety cover instead of a fence for an in-ground pool at 8041 Quarry Rd; Applicant: Dave Ball; Agent: HP Pools
    • An exception to Section 16.2 B 7 of the Zoning Resolution to allow a temporary office trailer for a period up to 12 months at property identified as 8251, 8339, 8651 Salisbury Rd. and 8300 Maumee-Western Rd.; southwest corner of Salisbury and Albon Roads for the Stoney Creek subdivision. Applicant: Gulf Stream Homes; Agent: Duane Ankney
