The Township offers curbside service leaf collection to all curbed and uncurbed public streets-be they township, county, or state roads. This is a no-fee amenity which began mid-October and stops when leaves are collected or winter conditions are imminent.
Crews perform a complete sweep of the township and continue to do so throughout the season until winter conditions are imminent. Each pass can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the volumes of the various neighborhoods. There is no need to call the township and alert us about your leaves. We recommend moving your leaves as close to the street as possible without going in the street as soon as they fall, recognizing in some cases, that may mean a full rake of the yard several times throughout the season.
We will NOT collect leaves that contain sticks, large grass clippings, other yard waste debris. This service is strictly for leaves.
