Board of Zoning Appeals
This five-member panel meets at the Administrative Offices, 4335 Albon Road on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:00 PM as needed.The individuals who serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) are non-elected officials who live in this community and have chosen to serve the community in this way.
The Board of Zoning Appeals has the power to grant exceptions to the Monclova Township Zoning Resolution in the following instances: non-conforming uses, variances, temporary structures, modification of parking spaces, interpretation of the resolution. The entire text regarding the BZA can be found in Section 12 of the Monclova Township Zoning Resolution.
