A) Zone Change Request: 6755 Monclova Rd; from A/R (Agricultural/Residential) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial); Applicant: Mollenkopf and

B) Special Use Permit request: 7005 Salisbury Rd.; A/R (Agricultural/Residential) to A/R Special Use (for a park use with sledding hill); Applicant: Monclova Twp Board of Trustees.

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Please read the Online Sales, Terms and Conditions prior to bidding. Monclova Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. Successful bidders will receive a Buyer’s Certificate by email from GovDeals, Inc. Payment in full is due not later than five business days from the time and date of the buyer’s certificate.
