This honor recognized outstanding pre-hospital emergency care from Paramedic Lt. Jason Francis; FF/Paramedic Dave Dustin; FF/EMT Darin Von Lehmden; Deputy Chief Michael George and Chief Kevin Bernhard from Monclova Township, Paramedic Sherrie Mullins and Paramedic Connie Durham from Lucas County EMS Squad 7, as well as on-scene Good Samaritan Kim Flowers, R.N., during a medical incident on November 2, 2007.
Eighteen Emergency Medical Services from across Ohio were honored with the EMS Star of Life Award during the Tenth Annual EMS Star of Life Awards Ceremony held in Columbus, Ohio on May 13th.
