Curbside Subscriber Recycling
Curbside Household Recycling is provided by Republic Services (1-800-234-3429) for a nominal fee of $2.75 per month for an every-other-week schedule. Click here for a list of acceptable items. The Lucas County drop-off recycling station at the corner of Albon and Monclova Roads (behind the Fire Station) will have its last day at the location on April 1st. We encourage curbside recycling, but you can also go to the Waterville Kroger or The Anderson’s former site on Illinois Ave..

The Township’s Community Park, situated near the corner of Albon and Monclova Roads next to the Administrative Offices, is home to two tennis courts (available until 10 PM) that are also lined for pickle ball, regular and little league ball field, play structure for ages 5 through 10 years of age, swings and a shelter house with approximately 10 picnic tables (seats 60). Residents may reserve the shelter or the ball fields for a summer event at no charge but a reservation must be placed. Call 419-865-7862, ext. 2010. The fields are used for league play during their summer session.
Keener Park, 4630 Keener Road, located next to Rails-to-Trails hike/bike path, is home to practice soccer fields, 2 baseball fields, horseshoe pits, and a shelter.
